Beautiful hike. Needs some TLC but overall well kept park. Big. Good areas for picnics, nice playgrounds, and creek for walking & catching crayfish
Can be busy or quiet, a chance worth taking since nice falls n creek to see. The Fall colors are worth it, a spring walk, winter nice day getting out for a bit and summer picnics.
Love it; Everyone MUST Make a quick stop, hop on down a trail and visit the falls or pack a lunch and spend the day! Def. A fall time must I'll go 5-6 a year just in the Fall
Plenty of things to do. Playgrounds for the kids, fishing for everyone, picnic areas. Very pretty park that looks old but the building on site for picnics and bathrooms don't look run down.
first time and last time. Not at all what we expected. beaver island park is 10 times better. bathrooms are so far. pond water is very dirty. BBQ areas need improvement. but it's free so you can't really complain.
