Can't pay over phone and then when invoice never made it to me, sent multiple text msgs harassing and threatening to bill my minor child... not to mention the flowers looked old and had brown spots on them.
Ever since my daughter used her services for her wedding, I have used Patty for several floral arrangements. Since I live out of state, and didn't have a visual to go by, I wasn't quite sure what to expect or how the recipients would respond.
